30 Entrepreneurs Reveal What They Look Forward to in 2023

Every new year brings with it a new form of excitement and anticipation. The reason is that every new year brings about a “newness” for lack of a better term when we can start fresh and erase those things that we did bad or things we have been thinking about doing.

For us at CEO Blog Nation, we get it. So that’s why we are excited about 2023 because there will be more and more entrepreneurs and businesses. There will be goals met and goals crushed and that’s why we love the new year and we know you do too!

Here’s something other entrepreneurs look forward to:

#1- Neurodiverse people in the workplace

Something that I am hoping to look forward to in the upcoming year is the inclusion of neurodiverse people in the workplace. Although a lot of companies have been trying to include them, I would like to see the mass people taking in such people and accepting their work manners and accommodating their needs and requirements. Businesses need to include them because they are a major part of society and they have several unique ideas that can make them great employees and leaders.

Thanks to Jordon Scrinko, Precondo!

#2- More innovation and creativity

There is always something or the other new thing happening in the business world. I'm looking forward to more innovation and creativity in the workplace. I'm looking forward to seeing people be more innovative with their ideas and entrepreneurship. The workplace will be full of innovation and creativity. With the rise of AI, machine learning, and big data, employees will have to learn how to be more productive and efficient. This continuing push to the online space will be beneficial to all website owners.

Thanks to Thomas Niemczewski, Dream Chasers!

#3- More accessibility to new markets

I expect to have more accessibility to new markets. I will be able to expand into other countries, and there will be more hiring and recruiting resources. I expect to have more marketing and branding resources available in the new year. Every product is as strong as the need in the market and the willingness of its customers to pay for that product in a certain time frame. As the demand for a company's products and services increases, I expect that my company will have more resources and more room for growth.

Thanks to Jensen Lee, bidetsPLUS!

#4- Publishing more articles

As a tattoo enthusiast who loves everything about this art form. Writing about it and gathering information to help others who are interested in learning more about tattoos, became my passion over the past few years and I look forward to publishing more articles that will serve as real valuable resources for readers who want to be inspired by a new tattoo idea and also offer a service where they can order custom tattoo design from the website as well.

Thanks to Alpi T, tattoochronic!

#5- Revisiting the business goals

Revisiting the business goals is one thing I look forward to each year. Although we always have them on our minds throughout the year, revisiting them can help to bring a fresh perspective which is necessary when trying to define your goals. If you brought on new team members in the year prior, having them be a part of setting and changing goals is helpful as well, as they can give their own opinions.

Thanks to Daniel Climans, StickerYou!

#6- End to the looming recession

After a tricky couple of years with the UK government seemingly trying to make trading as difficult as possible (Brexit, botched covid response, cost of living crisis) I am looking forward to an end to the looming recession, covid to be a thing of the past and to re-start my expansion plans which were put a hold in early 2020. Exploring new technology to provide the very latest and most advanced skin and anti-aging treatments and expanding our treatment menu will be a high priority.

Thanks to Matthew Rundle, Mayfair Aesthetics Laser & Skin Clinics!

#7- Expanding my fitness equipment

Next year is already shaping up to be an exciting one, with new opportunities on the horizon in both my professional and personal life. In business, I'm looking forward to expanding my fitness equipment company into new markets and continuing to grow our customer base. In terms of my personal life, I'm looking forward to traveling more with my family and friends, and hopefully spending some time in some new and interesting places. All in all, I can't wait for what next year has in store!

Thanks to Deniz Efe, FitnessEquipped!

#8- New technology to control

The year 2023 has a lot to be looked forward to. But in my case, I will be looking for a new technology to control and take care of the air quality. The air quality index is rising rapidly all over the world. Though there are a lot of schemes that initiate to control and clean the air, one tech support system is needed to do so. It can be a machine or a recyclable device that can convert impure air into a pure one. The initiative can be a beneficial choice to change the future of the next generations.

Thanks to John Willis, Convertfree!

#9- Thinking about what our customers want

One of the most important things that we need to be thinking about, however, is what our customers want next year. They have become more and more demanding, and it is our job to meet their needs. We should be looking at what our customers want and how we can exceed those expectations. When it comes to customer expectations, we can be certain that they will only increase. We must be on the ball and find a way to meet those expectations.

Thanks to Dr. Cary Goldstein, Goldstein Dental Center!

#10- Economic and political stabilization

Next year, I’m looking forward to economic and political stabilization after such turbulent events as the pandemic and Russian aggression in Ukraine. Such uunrestas we’ve been observing since the winter of 2020, in fact, created some business opportunities but also led to significant instability. For almost every small and medium business owner, it’s important to have social and political stability, which would allow them to connect with domestic and overseas partners more reliably.

Thanks to Tomek Mlodzki, PhotoAiD!

#11- Connecting with my clientele

I am looking forward to expanding my clientele by taking on more international employees next year. I plan to connect with each of them individually, listen to their concerns, and strive to find a perfect match. Broadening my horizon will help people find matches all over the world. I am really happy about this chance because I am aware of the immense value that diversity can provide. I'm confident that my company will adopt a whole different viewpoint and method of operation.

Thanks to Sameera Sullivan, Sameera Sullivan!

#12- Finding balance

I am a workaholic, and I have always put my career first. However, the truth is that both employees and employers lose from this rat race at work in pursuit of success, money, promotion, or recognition. The human body is not designed—physically, intellectually, or emotionally—for constant exhausting work and its stress. So I am looking forward to finding the perfect balance between my professional and personal life and self-realization in other spheres of my life.

Thanks to Nathan Brunner, Salarship!

#13- AI driven marketing

AI marketing uses artificial intelligence technologies to make automated decisions based on data collection, data analysis, and additional observations of audience or economic trends that may impact marketing efforts. With AI-powered tools, marketing teams will be able to automate certain cognitive tasks. They will also be able to spot current trends, as well as predict them for the future, thereby helping to ensure the success of their marketing campaigns.

Thanks to Percy Grunwald, Hosting Data!

#14- Delegating more

In 2023 I am looking forward to perfecting the art of delegation. I love to be in control, but with the business growing, I cannot keep up with everything going on. So I want to delegate routine tasks to free up time to work on more important things such as strategy development, analyzing data, and negotiating with new partners. Delegation helps reduce the risk of missed deadlines, increasing the efficiency of the business as a whole.

Thanks to Dr. Tali Ditye, Mommyhood101!

#15- Spending time with my family

In the following year, I'm looking forward to spending time with my family. Since spending time together as a family will be the most important thing in the coming year. But because of work, socializing with significant others usually suffers, which eventually leads to a loss of connection, which is not ideal. The human body's response to emotional conditions can be greatly improved by spending time with relatives. This boosts inner confidence that we could otherwise lose while working uninterrupted.

Thanks to Nathan Hughes, ArtIgnition!

#16- Learning more about how I can help others

I am looking forward to learning more about how I can help others. This year has been a whirlwind, and I've learned so much about myself in the process—the things I'm good at, the things that make me happy, and the people who are there for me. But it's also taught me that there's more to life than just myself. Next year is going to be about finding ways to share what I'm learning with others who are just starting out on their own journeys.

Thanks to Kader Meroni, Atlas Tea Club!

#17- Peer-to-peer learning

I am looking forward to an increase in peer-to-peer learning among employees. In 2023, I expect more employee peer-to-peer learning than expert-impacted learning. Employees will want to nurture their skills and expertise more by learning from each other. In 2023, employees will want to learn from their peers for a more sensible reflection of their skills, expertise, mistakes, and lessons. I am preparing myself psychologically for such a time in 2023 when employees will be centered on learning from each other rather than from professionals.

Thanks to Ian Brian Gachunu, Financefied!

#18- Bettering myself and my business

I'm not one to make New Year's resolutions, but I am looking forward to bettering myself and my business. I believe it is critical to constantly improve what you do and what you can offer your customers. I'm also looking forward to continuing to collaborate with the amazing women and men who make up the brand. I want to keep creating content that is both accessible and meaningful to our audience. This year, I've learned to be more patient. In terms of business, I've learned to be kinder to myself and the process.

Thanks to Alexandra Cotes, FlowerCompany!

#19- Rebranding

We have been able to start the process of rebranding across all departments with consideration to the effects on our audience, the reasons behind doing this, the outcomes and effect on our product. We have been under the shadows of a different name, while the language learning app has really blossomed. It is time to give it’s full value as the app has truly fulfilled our mission and vision, to help someone learn something new every day! Rebranding process has already begun earlier this year.

Thanks to Simon Bacher, Ling!

#20- Meeting our non-profit goal

I’m looking forward to meeting some, if not all, of our non-profit goals next year. Our desire is to bring the plight of homeless street pets into the open and gain support through media partners. We also want to continue to expand our services to include surgical units and we want to grow our fund for emergency surgeries. Overall, we want to better the lives of the invisible pets and people and make street medicine a new discipline in veterinary medicine. I can’t wait to make this a reality in 2023.

Thanks to Christian Kjaer, ElleVet Sciences!

#21- A lot of things

I'm looking forward to a lot of things next year. I want to do more work with clients who are ready to take their business to the next level and get serious about growing it. I want to work with people who are willing to invest in themselves and their business, because that's where the real growth happens. I also want to continue working with clients who are excited about doing something new, even if it feels uncomfortable or scary at times. There is no growth without change!

Thanks to Louis Ryan, FoodGuard!

#22- Finishing 3 business books before May

Moving forward, my goal is to continue growing my business. I want to be able to offer more services and reach a wider audience, increasing profits as well. I am also excited to see what the future holds in store for me and my company. I will achieve this by finishing three business books before May. I have two on my kindle, and one on my phone. I love finishing my business books because they are so much fun, and I get to learn and share them with people who might enjoy them as well.

Thanks to Cherelle Johnson, Thatsister!

#23- Practicing the piano and others

Begin practicing the piano. I've learned enough basic music theory, but I still haven't gotten my flippers on a keyboard to start making music. Get a gun club membership and apply for my concealed carry permit. My neighborhood has seen an increase in violent crime, and I'm sick of not being able to defend myself. Get in shape. I'm not sure what that entails for me, but I know I need to take better care of my body. I need dental work, and some exercise would be beneficial (I'm underweight).

Thanks to Joyce Dawson, All Day Parenting!

#24- AI and machine learning

As an all-in-one HR software provider, we are excited to see how technology will continue to evolve in the coming year. We're keeping our eye on AI and machine learning as they become more widely adopted by businesses. We think that these technologies will allow us to deliver even more value through our products, so we look forward to continuing to enhance them with data analytics and other advanced features. We're on a mission to make it easier than ever before for companies of all sizes to run their HR operations smoothly.

Thanks to Chris Wainwright, Humi!

#25- Employee engagement

The most thing that entrepreneurs are looking forward to in the year 2023 would be employee engagement. The year 2020 has seen enormous human quarantine where people lacked what is called communication. With the introduction of the concept of remote working and keeping mental health at pace, employees, and entrepreneurs both have understood the importance of employee engagement and how much importance it holds.  Every employee should feel connected, valued, and an asset to the organization.

Thanks to Grace Alvarez, Best LLC Services!

#26- Many exciting things

I am very hopeful that next year will be good in many ways. In 2023 I am looking to travel more, both for business and pleasure. I am expecting to close different business deals in different countries, and it can only be possible by traveling. I cannot wait to catch up with friends, family and volunteers in person. I am looking forward to watching my son grow up, and he will be turning 5 in January next year; I am curious to see how his personality grows.

Thanks to Bozlur Rehman, BikesAdvisor!

#27- 6G

If you thought 4G and 5G were speedy, keep your seat belts fastened. Coming 6G will make quick downloads appear slow. The development of 6G capabilities is already underway in Japan and Korea, with the rest of the world following suit. As a result, every sector of technology will benefit from greater networking, and holograms and virtual reality will finally be able to flourish to their full potential. I hope my team will be able to take advantage and stay on top of the developments to come.

Thanks to Alex Armstrong-Paling, Toolfit!

#28- Starting to teach yoga

As a health coach, I am looking forward to starting to teach yoga and fitness classes with my team in Nauru, which has the highest rate of obese people in the world. I want people to be more aware of which foods are beneficial to their health and which are not. People, particularly in certain areas, need to be made aware of the need for a well-balanced diet. So, I wish to spread this awareness across the globe. I hope people will take fewer pharmaceuticals for health and fitness and instead treat themselves with nutrition.

Thanks to Daniel Louwrens, Muscle and Brawn!

#29- Engaging and learning from our customers

The sole emphasis is on making them happy to establish an enduring relationship with them. Our emphasis on providing outstanding customer service will continue to pay off in 2017. We continue to wow customers and get more of their business by showing who we are and what we can achieve. Additionally, we can get to know our clients better and meet them where they are. We can solve issues and offer services that support our client's ambitions and long-term objectives for their businesses as long as we maintain our relationship with them.

Thanks to Sam Underwood, Bingo Card Creator!

#30- Replacing SEO with CPO

Replacing SEO with CPO is the one thing that I am looking forward to next year. With more digitized customer behaviors, it is essential to read their mind to know their interest and devise such solutions that actually resolve their pain points. Working on CPO (Customer Perspective Optimization) mainly involves neuromarketing techniques, which, I believe, is a more effective way to translate customers’ journeys to make their experience memorable with the brands.

Thanks to Yoav Morder, Sonary!
