After half a decade of Cast coordinating & logistics management in the film and television industry, time blocking & organizing my tasks based on levels of importance is the one transferable skill that I've taken with me & is my reason for success in my current ecommerce business. Having structure to your list & being able to delegate tasks based on their urgency is key to getting things done quickly & efficiently. The way I do this is by putting tasks in order of urgency and importance and allocating time to each task. Currently, I use Google spreadsheet which is the most effective solution.
