AI tools are now a key part of our business strategy at Eyefactive. By integrating AI-powered technologies, we’ve optimized processes, improved customer interactions, and delivered innovative solutions. In our interactive displays and software, AI analyzes user behavior in real-time, enabling personalized experiences and providing valuable data insights for clients. Internally, AI has streamlined operations by automating repetitive tasks and enhancing decision-making through advanced data analytics. By adopting these toolswe stay ahead of the curve, ensuring our solutions consistently meet and surpass the needs of modern businesses.

2. For amplified creativity

The biggest shift for me has been moving from using off-the-shelf AI tools (like ChatGPT for quick content brainstorming or refining a draft) to building my own systems that blend AI with deep personalisation. I use custom AI tools (including my own) almost daily to streamline ideation, headlines, and routine production. The best results come from pairing automation with a strong sense of self – using AI as a tool to amplify my original thinking, not replace it. As a brand strategist bringing three decades of messaging and positioning to the table, the magic is in keeping your unique perspective and communication style front and centre while letting tech handle the heavy lifting behind the scenes.

3. For smarter workflows

AI isn’t about replacing people; it’s about empowering them. At ClinicSpots Digital Services, we use AI to automate routine tasks, which frees up our team to focus on the more strategic and creative parts of their jobs. This shift allows everyone to focus on what they do best, whether it’s patient care or improving our marketing strategy. I believe that AI should be viewed as a collaborator, not a competitor. It’s there to help you do things faster, smarter, and more efficiently. When used correctly, it can transform the way you do business, just like it’s done for us at ClinicSpots Digital Services.

Thanks to Pankaj Srivastava, ClinicSpots Digital Services!

4. For faster engineering

I have integrated AI across multiple layers of the company’s engineering workflow. My team uses AI-assisted development to accelerate code generation, flag structural issues earlier in the build cycle, and streamline documentation. Through QAwerk, Redwerk’s dedicated testing arm, and also apply LLM-based test generation and AI-driven regression testing to validate product behavior at scale. I see AI not as a replacement for engineering talent but as an amplifier, helping senior developers focus on architecture and hard problems while offloading repetitive tasks to intelligent tools. This approach has reduced turnaround times, improved accuracy.

Thanks to Konstantin Klyagin, Redwerk!

5. Two ways

AI has become a quiet but reliable layer inside our workflows. The biggest shift has been using AI to automate the “first pass” on repetitive tasks and quality checks, so my team can focus on the nuanced work humans still do best. I also rely on AI tools for scenario planning and internal decision-support: mapping capacity, spotting bottlenecks, or pressure-testing project timelines. AI hasn’t replaced roles; it’s changed them. I’ve spent a lot of time helping people build confidence with these tools so they feel supported, not threatened.

Thanks to Olga Kokhan, Tinkogroup!

6. Create extra space in a day

I have adopted a few productivity systems that have improved our day-to-day operations. The best part is how it changed our team’s energy. Instead of getting buried in admin workour strategists have more time to think, collaborate, and experiment. That extra space in the day has led to more creative campaigns and faster turnarounds for our clients. It’s not that the technology thinks for us. It just clears the noise so we can focus on the work that actually drives growth. It’s satisfying to see how a few smart tweaks can help people work better together.

Thanks to Reed Hansen, MarketSurge!

7. For efficient legal case management

AI tools are increasingly integrated into my practice to improve efficiency and case management without replacing legal judgment. I use AI to analyze large volumes of legal documents, identify relevant precedents, and generate summaries that guide strategy, allowing me to focus on courtroom preparation and client advocacy. By combining AI-driven insights with practical knowledge from countless appearances and successful defences, this integration enhances both efficiency and precision, enabling a more focused, informed, and responsive approach to criminal defence.

Thanks to Michael Oykhman, Strategic Criminal Defence!

8. Stronger legal strategy

I’ve integrated AI tools to strengthen the practice of law while maintaining full control over legal strategy and client advocacy. AI helps streamline legal research, quickly identifying relevant statutes, case law, and precedents, which allows me to focus on analyzing and applying the law rather than spending hours on manual review. Drafting legal documents is more efficient with AI’s assistance in organization and structure, but all legal arguments remain the responsibility of the lawyer. By combining AI with hands-on legal expertise, I provide thorough, informed, and strategic criminal defense representation.

Thanks to Steven Rodemer, Rodemer & Kane!

9. For smarter home buying

I’ve been leveraging AI to make one of life’s biggest decisions: buying a home – simpler and smarter. Our platform connects home buyers with verified mortgage brokers, conveyancers, building and pest inspectors, and other professionals. I’m integrating AI to match buyers with the most suitable professionals based on their profile, preferences, and transaction goals. Beyond that, we’re building AI-driven insights to help buyers understand market conditions and make informed decisions faster. This not only saves time but also increases trust and transparency in a process that’s often overwhelming for many Australians.

Thanks to Ravi Velampally, Home Buying Network!

10. For higher customer conversions

I use AI tools not to replace human insight, but to amplify it. Our AI Helpers analyse digital behaviour to identify where customer trust breaks down, long before the business notices it. This lets us personalise customer journeys and plug the trust gaps that sabotage conversions. The result? Our clients routinely see 20–40% conversion lifts without changing their marketing budgets. Smart AI isn't about automation, it’s about precision.

Thanks to  Dr. Anna Harrison, Rammp!

11. AI-assisted virtual CMO for faster marketing insights

I use a custom “chatbot CMO” created within Claude to compress weeks of marketing work into hours. It synthesises market research from public platforms and runs structured competitor and avatar analysis. I'm able to discuss marketing ideas and business issues with it. The payoff is faster insight cycles and projects that move from ideation to execution with less friction, always with me making final decisions. Having a virtual CMO I can bounce ideas off has been invaluable to me, and I look forward to having it help me develop some targeted campaign market ideas next year.

Thanks to Cathy Camera.

12. Smarter content production

I use AI as an assistant, not a replacement. CapCut speeds up my video editing with smart cuts and templates, while ChatGPT acts as my brainstorming partner: I feed it detailed context about my audience and offers, and use it to generate first drafts, so I’m never starting from a blank page. I still manually edit every piece of content myself. I also use AI scheduling tools to post at the best times and to help me repurpose one story into multiple formats for Instagram, YouTube, etc. Recently, I’ve started using the ChatGPT agent, for example, to audit specific Instagram accounts and websites.

Thanks to Tim Kroeger, Universal Traveller!

13. AI transcription transforming content output

There are a lot of AI tools we use at Muncly. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney, and others. But the most significant AI tool that has changed our business is MacWhisper. It has truly transformed how our team handles marketing tasks. It helps us create content based on our expertise and effortlessly transcribes audio into text, allowing us to streamline content creation for our blog and YouTube channels. Before adopting AI, producing a single long-read article per week was our limit. Now, we can easily create two or three – simply because we no longer need to type everything manually.

Thanks to  Jeff Tilley, Muncly!

14. For faster data recovery assistance

I've integrated an AI-powered chatbot trained specifically on our data recovery expertise to transform how we support customers facing data loss emergencies. Since users experiencing data disasters need immediate assistance, our 24/7 chatbot provides real-time, interactive responses that dramatically reduce support response times while simultaneously boosting product sales. This implementation has significantly cut our customer service costs by handling routine inquiries autonomously, yet we've programmed it to intelligently escalate complex cases to our human support team, ensuring customers never receive inaccurate guidance or feel stranded.

Thanks to Chongwei Chen, DataNumen!

15. For error-free loan processing

I use the AI to identify any missing items from our loan files before they hit underwriting. I also use it as a double check to extract and cross-reference data from bank statements and tax returns to flag any inconsistencies we might have missed. We‘ve started building internal knowledge tools, too now that can let our loan officers instantly search across thousands of guideline documents to answer obscure questions without always waiting for compliance to get back to them.

Thanks to Christopher Keane, Newfi Lending!

16. To analyze insurance pricing disparities between providers

I use AI daily to analyze insurance pricing disparities between providers. The traditional process required manual cross-checking through multiple data silos, something humans are simply too slow for. The AI model detects anomalies in coverage costs and benefits structures and flags them for review. That makes negotiations smarter and pricing transparency achievable at scale. To say the least, that kind of precision was impossible five years ago. The savings for SMBs are often double-digit percentages, but the bigger win is confidence, where owners finally understand what they’re paying for.

Thanks to Guillermo Triana, PEO Marketplace!

17. To boost content performance

AI fuels my content machine. I do not sit down with a blank page anymore. I use AI to translate scientific or medical concepts into plain English and prep outlines for emails, landing pages, and lectures. This is not fluff content. It is functional. I track what converts, tweak the inputs, rinse and repeat. For one campaign, the AI-generated content reduced bounce rate by 27 percent. Pretty crazy what happens when the copy makes sense the first time.

Thanks to Kiara DeWitt, Injectco!

18. Enhance transport bookings

I’ve been leveraging AI to transform both our marketing and customer experience. I use AI tools to streamline content creation and SEO across more than 1,000 city pages, ensuring our messaging stays relevant and engaging. Within the next few weeks, I’ll be launching an AI-powered chatbot that uses machine learning to analyze historical booking data from our CRM, by industry segment and region, to deliver real-time, data-driven pricing guidance. By combining automation with intelligence, we’re making group transportation booking faster, smarter, and more personalized than ever.

Thanks to Glenn Orloff, Metropolitan Shuttle!

19. AI for efficient project management and client updates

AI has become a practical tool in how we manage projects and communicate with homeowners. I use it to organize inquiries, schedule appointments, and make sure responses go out quickly and accurately. AI helps generate renderings, adjust layouts, and provide material comparisons so clients can see their ideas clearly before work begins. These tools don’t replace experience or craftsmanship; they just help us work more efficiently and keep clients informed from start to finish.

Thanks to Victor Fiore, Magnolia Home Remodeling Group!

20. Several ways

AI is now part of my daily workflow because it helps me serve clients faster without sacrificing accuracy. I use AI tools to draft demand letters, summarize medical records, and organize evidence, which saves my team hours on paperwork. Legal research that used to take half a day can now be done in minutes, giving me more time to focus on negotiations and case strategy. AI doesn’t replace legal judgment; it just gives me more time to use it where it matters most. For injured clients, that means faster responses, clearer answers, and more attention on getting them the best possible outcome.

Thanks to Justin Lovely, Lovely Law Firm Injury Lawyers!

21. Smarter real estate operations

AI has become a powerful tool in how we operate and support clients. I use it to analyze market data, pricing trends, and neighborhood activity, which helps us give buyers and sellers accurate guidance faster than ever before. AI also assists with writing listing descriptions, organizing documents, and managing schedules so nothing falls through the cracks. It doesn’t replace personal service; it frees up more time for it. Instead of being stuck behind a desk doing repetitive tasks, we’re spending more time negotiating, showing homes, and building relationships with the families we serve.

Thanks to Jimmy Welch

22. Optimize logistics and delivery

I’ve been using AI to simplify and strengthen every part of our operation, from sourcing to delivery. In an industry where logistics can get complicated fast, AI helps us predict demand, optimize delivery routes, and connect customers with the nearest and most reliable suppliers in real time. It takes the guesswork out of scheduling and pricing, ensuring materials arrive on time and at the best possible rate. AI isn’t replacing our expertise; it’s amplifying it, giving us better insights, faster decisions, and the ability to keep improving how we deliver value to customers nationwide.

Thanks to Daniel Crowley, Hello Gravel!

23. Manage operations and growth

AI has become integral to how we manage operations and growth. I use it to analyze data from driver behavior and geographic demand to predict where new opportunities will emerge. AI-driven automation also streamlines customer support, onboarding, and pricing, allowing both drivers and property owners to interact with the platform efficiently. This technology not only improves decision-making but also enhances scalability, helping us meet increasing demand without adding significant overhead.

Thanks to Evan Shelley, Truck Parking Club!

24. For client communication

I’ve started using AI to answer phones for our clients, and honestly. It captures leads, takes messages, books appointments, and keeps things running even when the team is finished for the day. Many people are still nervous about using AI; they imagine some clunky robot voice or clients getting frustrated. The truth is, AI has come a long way. It can sound natural, respond intelligently, and actually make the client experience smoother. We still step in for the human touch when it’s needed as a backup, but now we’re not missing calls, and our clients aren’t missing opportunities.

Thanks to Paula Burgess, Beyond the Maze!
