I’ve come up with a list of New Year’s Resolutions for Small Business, and since it’s 2016, it seems only natural that I have 16 of them:
- Make a decision to grow.
- Figure out what makes you money.
- Focus on recurring revenue.
- Send out invoices.
- Find a niche.
- Bother people; get rejected.
- Get found free.
- Turn off social media.
- Manage your money.
- Develop a business plan.
- Move to the cloud.
- Get help.
- Start a reserve account.
- Attend or exhibit at a trade show.
- Vote, wisely.
- Shop local, shop small.
